Your Questions Answered:

2×4 Framing for the walls, and 2×6 or 2×8’s for ceiling and flooring.
Though the standard size of the Cabin model is 6.5’x11, larger or smaller sizes can be built.
All electric stoves require 240 volts. I cannot hook up electricity for you at the site.
Depending on current order volume, a custom sauna typically takes about three weeks to build. However, lead times may vary throughout the year based on stove availability.
